Which of these three station wagons would you buy?

If you were in the market for a wagon and are only considering these three models, which would you choose?

BMW 535xi
Volvo XC70
Audi A6

My cousin is the one buying and is asking for my advice as if I'm an expert on cars. I did give my feedback though.

BMW for me. The Volvo is nice but I would want more luxury. I have had no luck with VW products so no Audi.

What say you?

I like my Volvo wagon. But I don't give chit what my car looks like. I want it to be practical, cheap to drive, and good in snow.

BMW

I loved my 528.

Has he considered the Cadillac CTS Sportwagon?

2010, new cars.

I like the caddy too. But, if it were me shopping, I'd get a used 540 wagon.

If I had to choose only one, I'd take the BMW.

If I could pick three of those, I'd take three BMWs.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but is that a red 356 parked on the street in the video? Or maybe it is a 911 -- too blurry to tell. I would guess it is a 356. You can see it several times, the 1st time 50-seconds into the video.

Back on the subject...sort of...my wife has a 2008 A4 Avant quattro & loves it. Not exactly an A6...but it is an Audi, & it is a great car.

I'd go Volvo... seems like they're doing a bit better these days from what I've been hearing. My personal experience with them is from the mid-'90s models and earlier though.

FWIW if I had to get a wagon I'd try and pick up an '83 Caprice like my parents had when I was a kid. Nothing spectacular about that car really, I just have a lot of memories riding in it on road trips.

WRX would hand any of those cars their lunch. Interior just isn't as nice.

Looks like a 356 to me, the movie was on tonight and there was a 75 or 76 914 in it towards the end..
