Anyone still play Grand Prix Legends?

I was never very good at it, but it was a lot of fun. I haven't played in forever. Since I installed and have played NFS Porsche Unleashed on my Windows Vista PC recently, I started to wonder about GPL and it's Vista support. I did a search for gpl vista and found that "they" are still doing tons of development on it. There's an "installer" that you can download (71MB) that after you've installed GPL from CD, this adds all of the latest and greatest official and unofficial patches, graphics, sounds, etc....

Not only that, but there are carsets that can be downloaded for the '65, 66, 67 and '69 seasons as well as a couple of other carsets including a night set.

I've got the installer downloading right now.

GPL is the best game out there, played lots when I was layed off once and kinda got a grip on Spa, could never do more than a third of a lap at Nurberring. Lots of new track additions like Daytona, the cars, the tracks and the scenery are terrific, best driving sim ever IMO but I haven't played in a few years so I don't no whats out there now

Not in a long time. Been racing in an rFactor league recently.... But if we could get a Pelican GPL group together I'm in.

Are you aware that a GPL version of the Targa Florio was recently release? All 44 miles of it!

Wow, cool. I like the 'Ring, Monza (easy track since I suck), and I used to have Laguna Seca in my previous install.

Jay, thanks for the news. I knew they were working on Targa for a while but had to deal with some file-size restrictions. The Isle of Man was shortened for that reason I believe.
