The picture which the OP posted looks like it "weighs a ton" if not more.
The picture which Dueller posted being towed behind the Outlaw is an Eriba Puck.
Google it. They were built in Europe, are compact, lightweight, and just fascinating. They are
loved by the air cooled VW croud.

My brother in law came across one for $350. I tried to buy it from him, but he just got way too greedy for me. I had just finished rehabbing an old "canned ham" for him. It is similar to the teardrop, but a slightly different shape, and covered in stainless steel. I'll try to find pictures.

I went to a vintage trailer show over the summer and saw all kinds of fantastic trailers. The Airstream owners are nuts for sure! My friend who invited me has 3 and looking for more. The Hansen TD really caught my eye.

A few pics

This was the GEM of the weekend. Last of its kind known. The front wrap around window is real glass and they made less then 20 of these according to the owner.

Then there is the Tab. A modern version of the classic teardrop.

Nice!!!

You know what, the wheels on that red-fendered teardrop are quite attractive. They remind me of something I've seen on a car, just can't recall which one...

Very cool - would sure hate to be the kid with the baseball who broke that curved window on the polished trailer.

Perhaps you might have seen a Ford Anglia with similar wheels:

Whoa - check THAT out! So that's what an Anglia looks like before you put a blower and a big block chevy in it! Honestly, I've never seen a stock Anglia!
