Going to Seattle. What is that Famous Greasy Burger place across from Boeing Field?

I remember I heard about it once.. A famous greasy burger place.
I must eat there. But what is it's name?
I read that all pilots must go there at least once.

Anyone know the name of the place?

The Red Mill?

I just posted this on the local yelp.com forum. Lots of restaurant gurus over there. I'll let you know.

I'll ask around at work. We're pretty close to that place, you could say.

Dixie's BBQ is another awesome Seattle place to go. Great BBQ and the owner is very funny. He will yell at you if you cut in line for lunch.

Why on earth would you subject yourself to such a thing if you don't have to???

Try to get there as close to 11 as possible or wait until 2. The line out the door during lunch is long and not very fast moving. But it is soooo worth it. Amazing meats.

Salumi Artisan Cured Meats

Salumi is where Gods go and eat dried meats. My wife worked a few blocks from there and would bring home their signature sandwich home for me once and awhile. It's pure heaven. She even ran into Mario Batali at Cafe Umbria when he was in town visiting his family at the store (his dad owns it).

Dixie's is OK, I'd rather take another half hour drive and hit Teddy Bear BBQ in Monroe.
