FINALLY - christ, I was wondering when someone would make the obvious call.

Stairway to heaven, My vote for best rock song of all time... but not most rockingest song of all time... the tempo doesn't start rocking till the end...

Fond memories there. First time I saw the Carpenters on tv, they played Superstar with Karen sitting on the drums. I thought to myself, "A girl that plays drums? That's pretty cool". My favorite pop female vocalist of all time. It's sad that she left us so young.

As far as the "Most Rockingest Song of All Time, all good stuff here (except for Vinman's post!), but I cast my vote for Blackfoot's Train Train. Makes me want to get in the Porsche and drive it like I stole it. Played it so loud once that it shut my car stereo amp down.
