OMFG this is funny. Douche-bag holds his gun sideways like a rapper while shooting it out w/ cops and his gun jams, (and of course he missed his adversary by a mile with the shots that fired), cop kills him.

There is no way this could have happened in NYC, 1st they have very strict gun laws, 2nd, the guy was a criminal, so he couldn't have had a gun....
