Gun help from the gun Gurus XP vs XR

I have a Remington XP 100 barreled action. It was rebarreled with a heavy rifle barrel and a 40X trigger was added. I need to locate a stock for this project. The existing stock is a Kluged up Freeland 40X.
Any idea if the XP and XR actions are the same. If so, are they both just a single shot model 7?

I rarely see an XP come through the shop, I have it they are a 600 action. The 7's are 700 based.

Jim, you are correct.
I pulled a Mohawk off the shelf and pulled the stock to compare the two.
The XP is very close to the 600 Mohawk.
Thanks
