PelicN parts - Iphone/safari compatible?
Is there a problem with my iPhone? For some reason I can't view the regular web version of pelican. I just don't dig the PP's mobile version.
Anyone has this issue? FYI I don't have problems viewing other sites. |

The website detects that you're coming from safari mobile and automatically switches you to the mobile. If your iPhone is jailbroken you can download an app called UAfaker that makes websites see your browser as firefox.

So Pelican does not allow 'normal' browsing like other sites? That's disappointing.
This nonflexibility forced me to wait a few days to order parts. I even ended up buying a few parts from the dealer as I lost time resulting 'emergency purchases.' |

You can go to the Pelican Parts site with no problem. Its the BBS that you cant. Nothing stops me.

Doh! I guess I should update my shortcuts. My phone is new. Still, Imho pelican should support the BBS like other sites.
Thanks. |
