Sunny Florida Day

My day sunday with a ride to Flagler Beach, then on down to DIS for some track testing. The 88 car is Danica Patrick getting up to speed on the big oval. I realize this is circle jerk stuff, but racing is racing. I can't wait for January and the 24 hours of daytona.
Cheers

I'm retiring and moving to Viera, FL (near Patrick AFB) in Jan it looks like. I'll be towing the P-car there from WA state near the end of January. I'll get there just in time to catch the 24hrs. I'll have to fly back home, get the movers in and out and then my wife and I will take a nice drive BACK to FL mid Feb. Two cross countrys back to back, youch!

Watching the 24 hrs in the early 70's was a primary reason I bought a Porsche. Peter Gregg and Hurley.

If your route puts you on I55 or I20, give me a shout...I'll buy you lunch or dinner or a beer.

Canes make good waves for surfing and a good excuse to have a party.

A can of RAID kills bugs on contact..

Gators are good to dispose of criminals and make good guard pets..

Humidity helps you sweat the fat away..

Most of the furiner's are south of Whorelando, but most states have em now too See Gator for fix...

Thanks for the offer James. I'll be watching the weather pretty closely and if I get the opportunity to get close, i'll take you up on that offer. Thanks. And Merry Christmas to you.

Kinda figured you were checking alternate routes in January. The most direct route I suspect is I90 across montana etc and then dropping down towards atlanta and south on I75. If I were making the trek I 'd get south ASAP that time of year. But then again I HATE frickin' cold weather.

I had to mow my lawn today...in shorts and a tshirt. Beats shovelling snow
