Woohoo! Friend dropped lobster tails!
A friend of the family just dropped off some lobster tails. I want to make them tonight!
What's the best way to cook these? Boil? Steam? Braise? They're frozen right now. The kids will be having them, so I'd like to keep it simple with just butter. Any recommendations?

Just thaw them and steam them, I use the small ones for Lobster Tacos.

If you were my next door neighbor, you would have an uninvited guest about right now... I would steam, use salted butter, and have lemon wedges available for those that want a squirt of citrus...

Depending on the size... I would pan fry them (med-high) with some butter and chopped garlic.
