Rose Bowl Question?
So this is my first Rose Bowl. It sounds like parking is a nightmare. We got a pass so we will go early.
The game is at 2PM. What time do the lots open? Also, and more importantly what are the tailgate (alcohol) rules? We want to have a good time but don't want to get in trouble.  GO BUCKS!

Get an RV, get there EARLY, the overflow parking is on dirt. Any rain and it turns into a real schnitzelhole.....keep the booze in plastic cups and when a cop says frog, JUMP!!!
