Meat Cake!

A Christmas tradition at our house is what we call Meat Cake. It's basically my version of Timpano from the movie "Big Night".

C'mon Joe, give us some details. I can see the pasta, gotta be some cheese, sausage?, and what else,....

I could throw in a whole lot of goodies, but what's in yours'?

H**l for a meat-a-tariain, doesn't look to bad. Just need a salad to go with it!!

It's a veal ragu sauce that takes about 3 hours to make. Mostaccoli pasta with hard boiled eggs, chicken thighs, meatballs, sausages, mozzarella, parmesan all wrapped in a pastry crust and baked.
