Yeah, they're giving those away. You could buy a nice Porsche for what that costs.
|
I'd pay $50.00 for it.
LOL... |
Well, IT is used.

Christ, A. Lange & Sohne. One of my favorite watchmakers...if I had a spare 75 grand.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm not concerned with resale value. I'm interested in wearing a watch that I like. The Omega is very similar, but its a bit more rounded and bubbly than the Tag.
I bought my dad a Tag dive watch (basically a Submariner clone) about 10 years ago. He is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. The watch has taken collosal abuse and never missed a beat. Unless the wife springs for a Rolex Milgaus, I'm probably going to go with the Tag. |

I love cool watches, but I am Cheap (note the capital "C"). I just can't imagine dropping thousands of dollars on a watch when Invicta, Citizen, Seiko, etc. have very nice watches for $100-$300, if not less.

The moon phase dial is handy for werewolves... |
I'm a fan of the abuse potential of Tag Heuers, as well. My older one is now 20 years old. It's an inexpensive Formula 1 model, which I bought for about $160. I think the modern equivalent is about $350, now.

That would be good for sniper when he is out hunting. |
My '06 Interstellar Mk 1.0625 Wahtsch watch: doubled-down, heavily modified kryptonite crystal, KIOSK certified. This is an extremely fast watch that can only be worn for 4 minutes without a wrist brace:
