Dragar temperature gauge?
 

I wonder if any reader could give information on a temperature gauge I have.

It was produced by Dragar and has a white-faced,round dial which reads 40 - 100 degrees "C". The exterior body is painted a glossy black. When the sensor was put in hot water the temperature registered.

Can anyone tell me whether it was used in vehicles and, if so, which ones?

Is it worth anything because I will have no use for it.
