NFL Comedy Show....
Now you have to understand I don't watch football.......
But I was stuck in a casino with out of town friends (about the only time I do that too.....) The NY Jets and the Cincinatti Bengals were on, last night. There was very loud laughter coming from the sports bar. I walked in to see what everyone was laughing at. I stayed thru the entire comedy act. What was even funnier was that it was the end of the line for the Jets Arena, but the beginning of the Jets postseason hopes. Who do they play next saturday in the wild card game??? Yep, Bengals. Last night was 37 - 0. Line in Vegas after last nights game for saturdays' game? Dunno, but I'll bet it is fuuny too. |

I can understand that the Bengals didn't have anything to gain by winning last night's game, and the Jets had everything to lose by NOT winning, but that was quite a one-sided game.
I am hoping next week's game will be a repeat -- GO JETS! -Z-man. PS: BTW: it is Giants Stadium - that is the Jet's current home, soon to be replaced by a bigger, better stadium which shall NOT be called Giants Stadium, thankfully...

Same thing happened with Dallas/Philly - Do coaches do this to avoid letting the other team go to school? (uh oh, just had a conspiracy theory - is the whole thing scripted?

As always, it seemed wrong when I typed it. Of course it's Giant's Stadium. Was the the new one right alongside?
