Depends what you want to see.

(SUPERSEX!!!!!!!!!!)

Ahem, like I was saying, it all depends - there are fabulous art museums (both the Museum of Fine Arts and the Contemporary Art Museum are fantastic),

(SUPERSEX!!!!!!!!!!!)

Stop that! Really, also the Montreal Symphony is the best in Canada, among the best in the world.

(SUPER---ok, fine, you have to check out Club Supersex on St. Catherine, if only for the awesome neon sign out front with the huge naked angel or whatever she is. They also have free breakfast!

John Scotti auto:

John Scotti Automotive | Dream Cars

They always have a great, ecclectic mix of exotic & classic cars. Even better if you can get a peek inside their restoration shop and have a look at the projects underway.

The outside parking lot where cars have come in for work is fun too... last time I was there, I saw a Countach that looked like it had been driven like a NY cab. All beat to hell, interior worn and tattered, cigarette butts on the floormats and pistachio shells on the seats. It was in for a tune-up... one heck of a beater!

I was there for a week this summer. I would imagine all the wonderful outdoor cafe's are all under a foot of snow now.
Don't stay at the St. James!

I've not been in it, but I've heard there are miles of underground shops in Montreal. Supposed to be very amazing.

thanks. this place looks great. i get there 4-5 hours before everyone else in the party, so i have some time to kill... this may be the way to do it. i was just planning on hitting the casino, but maybe a stop here is called for too!

If you want a nice dinner and like meat, Le Milsa is excellent! A Brazilian steakhouse, its all you can eat. I go there every time I make it to Montreal. Schwartz's deli aint bad either!

Ah Montreal....

Cool city; I really liked the church Notre-Dame Basilica, amazing architecture and I think it's the oldest one in Canada.
Then of course to the party streets, the underground subway system, and the biker strippers. Good place for a last hurrah.

Forget Supersex, go to Chez Paree and Club Kamasutra for the Canadian "ballet" and stick with Cresent street and St. Laurent for club's and bars.

Its a great city to party and if the Habs are in town have a few down near the Bell Centre. Its a great atmosphere.

And when you are hungover (and sick from late night Poutine) for the return home definitly head to one of the infamous bagel shops for at least a dozen. Trust me you will eat them all. I liked Fairmount:

Kamasutra
3580 St-Dominique
Montreal

Chez Parée
1258 Stanley
Montreal
