you should keep reference to the original title if it is selling well. People who bought the first might buy the subsequent books. I would also suggest broadening your horizons. Let me know if you need a research assistant for the following suggestions;

Thanks for all the great ideas. I want to keep the "Old Ghosts" part of the title if possible; so far, something like "Old Ghosts of the Mid-Atlantic" is probably the closest to being accurate, although I'd like it to have the kind of Old/New balance that the original book's title had. I also liked "They Came to Stay"... although I feel like I've seen that used as a book title before.
I haven't really personally encountered any paranormal happenings during my travels, but encountered some weird stuff in the past. I go over this stuff in the intro to "Old Ghosts of New England" ;) Keep 'em comin' - I'm getting some good ideas. Be aware, too, that I always give credit where credit is due. |
