Sad. I loved Gumby. It was a very imaginative stories and show. Stop action isn't easy, either.

I was a member of the Gumby fan club in high school. I still have a Gumby polo shirt, where Gumby riding Pokey replaces the Ralph Lauren Polo mascot.

My brother had a 6 foot tall Gumby he made out of paper mache, had one of subject of that Edward Munch painting, "The Scream," probalby still has them somewhere
