Apple customer service sounds great. Especially the kobe beef and happy ending massage treatment from Roxanne....
What is the deal with only having one button on the mouse? How come you can't access the whole screen with an application? How do you right click and open the options bar? It really makes using MS Excel and other applications a pain. |

At the office I use Logitech Media Mice and have all 15 buttons programmed and functional. On a laptop with a trackpad just put two fingers on the track pad and click. It can tell how many fingers are on it. You can access the entire screen with an application. It does not do it by default. That's a function of the different approach to the operating systems and personally the entire window filling the screen is something that irks me about Windows. Windows users are trained to cut/paste. Mac users drag/drop. Meaning you grab something from one document and drag it into another so full screen windows would get in the way of that. |

I have used Parallels for years with XP. I have really never got used to it, and prefer to just have a $500 PC laptop nearby for Windows compatibility testing. Plus, they are adequate for bedtime Netflix streaming :)

The Porsche is insanely priced at about 3 times the mass markets car prices and again they are still just cars parts are way worse for Porsche only bits like an oil change, tires, alignment, etc. Rubber and air is all the same best solution is an early 3.6 swap loads of non-factory engineering where it really doesn't belong. []Pelican Parts - Error: Page Not Found 3.6 instructions, How To Not Lose Your Ass@bastardized.com] Apple critics have tooo much invested in disliking Macs yes Porsche repair is nice BUT IT COSTS $$$$ You usually run out of money in 3 years after purchase SmileWavy |

Dropped my PowerBook G4 1.25 4 times ... last time included me on some ice. It did hit hard ... it finally decided that it show me it had enough.
Old build quality was actually better. Previous G4 tower's keyboard had the actual piss taken out of it. Cats pee'd on it like 4 times. Put the keyboard in a bucket with some water and cleaner. Dried it out and still worked when I sold off the machine. YES, Apple does cost money $$$$ but they keep their used value. Not like other pc's. I've been trying to get a clean looking non-functional G4 PowerBook (1.0, 1.25) but they go for over $150 on yahoo auction. So, yeah, the garbage can routine is nice and easy but Apple folks actually get paid to for their trash. :D |
Have had Dell treat me the same way but then am a long time customer. Also Garmin is very good with taking care of the customer.
