Are you able to adjust the grind, the duration of the pull, temp, pressure, etc?

I'm not ready to give up my old beast, but this would be nice for my roommate who can't seem to clean out the portafilter and steaming pitcher to save his life.

You can adjust the grind, the amount of coffee, the amount of water, water temp, and steam temp. Water pressure on this machine is not adjustable, nor is the density of the tamp, but newer revisions of this machine you can adjust the density of the tamp.

I have a starbucks machine very similar to that; its awesome.
currently needs a good cleaning though....
