Here's another one. Ever see the cap on the Head and Shoulders bottle? There is NO WAY to take the amount you need...you always get doused with waaaay too much and it gets slathered all over the bottle, no matter how careful you are. Ingenious design to make sure plenty of product gets wasted.

liquid dish detergent collects on the bottom and is impossible to get out, constant waste. On another note, we got a new trash collection company they brought out new bins for recycling when we still have bins from the old.

BMW Motorrad (motorcycles) has a national dealer sponsored "high-mileage" contest with full coverage and updates in monthly issues of the Owners News. Guys are riding the ***** out of their beemers all over the country for the sole purpose of recognition in the club press. A great way to use up bikes and gear quicker than they would if riding was only for pleasure or normal transportation.

That's very interesting because in Europe, you can order a MB or BMW with just about whatever options you want, crank windows, no problem; delete insignias, no problem. Over here is all shlt that can and will fail and is costly to replace. The dealers in the US love that, it's their bread and butter. They love screwing their customers!

Ya know what really pisses me off? When a waitress (or waiter) gives me an inverted soup spoon! What the FK's up with THAT?

To make matters worse (and I've had this happen to me numerous times) they look at me with this stupid "Huhh?" look in their eyes when I bring it to their attention. Sheesh!

I'll never forget one wiseass waiter. I registered my complaint, he apologized, picked up the inverted spoon, slowly made a 360 degree turn, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, rotated the spoon 360 degrees when it was hidden from my view and handed it back to me, apologizing profusely. WHAT FKN'G NERVE!

Aside from that, he was an excellent water and I tipped him 30%. :D

I go to a fast food joint, place my order - everything I want - and am then asked, "Would you like....?" No. I don't want or need anything else. If I wanted "Fries with that" or "make it a large" I would have said so. I've been ordering my own food in these places over 30-years, closer to 40, in fact, and I know how to do it.
Sheesh.

I believe I saw a segment on the Discovery channel once that showed how they're ground up, the steel belts are separated out with an electromagnet and recycled, and the rubber chunks are mixed with asphalt and used to pave roads.

So relax... the world has been saved. ;)

I saw that show too. Pretty impressive the way they can separate the parts of a tire.
