Kills her brother (accidental?) in 86,linked to a bomb sent to a Harvard professor in 93,
Kills 3 at University of Alabama.
Not a great resume if you ask me.

As an aside, my wife is a administrator at an SEC University. We're not far from AL. When I told her about this her first comment was, "I just sat on a tenure panel today. We denied tenure. ****!"

She's not one to really dwell on these types of things, but between this and the other shenanigans that happen on college campuses that never make the light of day. I'd be armed. I have, escorted her to her office before due to threats from students, etc.

Let's see...

She killed her brother while living in Mass. as a kid. She said the gun "accidentally discharged. She killed her brother with the second of three shots (first hit a wall, third a ceiling), she was never charged.

She allegedly mailed a pipe bomb to a colleague at another university that she had a dispute with. She was never charged.

She went shooting with her huband a few days/weeks before the shooting, showing up with a gun he has no idea where it came from...and this didn't set off alarms in the husband's mind.

Sounds like she is an evil, calculating woman (but I repeat myself) who was sane. She acted "normal" while she plotted revenge. She waitied halfway through the meeting to start shooting.

The prohibition of LEGALLY HELD weapons at School campuses must end. It's insanity.

when i saw she had killed her brother when they were younger i thought 'can't imagine how that would weigh on someone even if it was an accident'. not that it excuses the recent murders but it would surely contribute to an imbalance.

She was 20, he was 18. She was an Adult.

when she "accidentally" killed her brother, she "accidentally" fired that shotgun into him three times.



i am see all kinds of weird stories of how the local chief of police intervened and kept her form being charged in that case. fascinating if true.

Does anyone know what kind of shotgun? I'm guessing a pump, in which case three "accidental" shots is even more suspicious.

And keep in mind...the cops covered for Drew Peterson when his third wife turned up dead...it wasn't until the fourth turned up that they felt the need to really investigate.
