Anybody Familiar With ACT Contact Mgmt Software?
 

I have a laptop with which I need to either print or download to a CD all the customer contact names in the database. I have no experience with this software and was wondering if anyone here has and can provide assistance. Thanks.

Been about four years since I used it. I know there's a way, but I can't remember. I did a search for accounts under my name and was able to print them all out.

What's the exact product you're using, and how old? I use an older version of what is likely the same software, before ACT bought them. Depending on similarities, I might be able to help.

Most these products have an export function. Look in "help" for "export".

You should be able to export the feilds you want as an .csv or excel file. (or maybe MS Access- IIRC ACT runs on Access?) Later you can import to ACT or other product the same way.
