Shipping a car to Hawaii
I want to ship a car to my youngest daughter in Hawaii does anyone have any ideas as to whom I would contact? The car is a 1991 Nissan 300ZX 2+2 I can get the car anywhere in the continental US

Check with U-ship.com, I bought a car from Hawaii and I think they were the broker that the seller used.

There are three companies who specializes in this. Two of them have ports in Tacoma, WA, Portland, OR, Oakland, CA, and Long Beach, CA. These two puts cars into containers.
Horizon Lines - www.shipmyvehicle.com Matson - Matson I have had good experiences shipping through Horizon Lines, (911 to HI from Long Beach, then two cars the year before from HI to Oakland). This time the coming back to CA the 911 was too low for Horizon, so I went through Pasha, which ships its vehicles in the belly of the ship. From what I heard the local Porsche dealer gets all its cars shipped via Pasha. Nothing but good things to say about them; had a very good experience with them. http://www.pashahawaii.com/
