I beg to differ. I think it looks like someone tried to make a Cayman out of a boxster. I've said it before and I'll say it again - there's a reason Porsche pays designers handsomely for their work.

That was kind of my point. Isn't a Boxter hardtop a Cayman? And the rear 3/4 on that one pictured is hideous.

yeah....but this is still removable, unlike a Cayman. it's not permanently attached, and it just has a couple of fasteners to undo (like my old Parrish Plastics hardtop on my TR4)
If I had a Boxster, I'd consider this for temporary winter duty. It looks better than the factory hardtop, IMO

keep in mind, a 986 boxster, plus this hardtop can be had for 50% of the price of a Cayman.
it is what it is, i think it's kind of cool
