Anyone collect Coca-cola stuff?
I just realized I have a very old Coca-cola sign. It's currently acting as the attic door to the outside of my garage. It's a large wooden sign that shows a young child pointing at a glass of coke, wearing a Coca cola hat. Sign reads "Have a coke"
I'm unsure of the year... I can only say it's old. Anyone here collect odl coke stuff? Any idea of what it might be worth? Pictures soon... |
I still have a bottle of Coke from Thailand that I bought back in the '70's. It's still unopened. I'm surprised that it hasn't yet dissolved the glass bottle.

Lets see a picture.... My dad loves old coke stuff....
|
is that you son?

OG Coke stuff is valuable but there are a lot of repros, especially of the serving trays, tin signs, etc. If it's real, you might have something!
|
My wife collects, post a picture and I bet she can help.
Value is all about condition, assuming it is real in the first place. Gary |
In AZ they still sell the Coke in glass bottles from Mexico with the real sugar cane.
|
It has to be real to have much value...
We have had one of the 4' porcelain coke "discs" Dad sold it to the guy that owns Lucilles Roadhouse where it is now proudly displayed... |
Is this it? This one is probably a reproduction because it's in such good shape... you could look around on ebay for ideas on what yours is worth.
Freaky lookin' kid, huh? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1268210777.jpg |
