Hey Joe, is this your new gig?

I know you mentioned a new gig for this year.

Could it be?

Not my new gig. I flew "rock and rollers" years ago and its a young guys game.

Am flying for now one of the owners of the Phoenix Suns and AZ Diamondbacks, based out of Scottsdale AZ. This is the same gent I flew for from 2000 to 2005 when he sold his business that used the jet.

Its still in the "formation stage" but is well past 50% at this time. Cannot go into details at this time but things should get busy in another month to six weeks.

No idea. You in the market? Course I guess these days every pilot is somewhat "in the market" on one hand.

If this works out will be needing a copilot in a couple of months but believe I have that slot filled already. Let me know if you are looking.

Your legs and rear better be very nice for us to even think about it... and no hair on the chest!

Actually we already have a flight attendent, and two pilots who are begging for the right seat right now, so staffing is ok for now. If that changes will open it up but to tell the truth might try to get Singpilot hired if that happens. Will see... but stay tuned!

Or an entourage? Posse? Anything that pays well, for not much effort?

JR

I should add that I can't fly a plane but I have a fair bit of experience sitting in the right hand seat of one, admiring the nice view and flipping the occasional hard-to-reach switch for the pilot.

JR, been here for you guys for years.

P4L, you are too damm lippy at times! Grow up a bit and realize that a bit of experience helps and there are times to sit back and say nothing and it works out better. There aint any guarantees in life son, so get used to it, do the best job you can and hopefully God and Karma will smile on you and make things right.

BTW, can you fly a jet?

Joe A

Ahh, Sidney you need to spend YEARS training and flying smaller planes before you get to the level of plane that we are flying.

Google a "Challenger 605 cockpit photo" and you will see what our office looks like. It took me "only" 28 years of flying to get to this point.

Here, let me help you...

When you get all of this memorized and can handle thinking AHEAD of the jet at over 600 mph, as well as factor in ice, rain, snow, thunderstorms and so on as well as losing an engine, fire on board and so on, please let me know. Before you say you can do it, do not forget everything on the overhead panel in the second photo, then there are all the electronics on the back CB panels that you cannot see. This isnt Microsoft Flight Simulator!

If you are flying the D-backs around the country for games you'll get to SF a few times. We maybe could meet up for a game ? Glad you got this gig ! Likely you will be gone in May when I pass thru Phoenix.

Mark,

I fly one of the owners, not the team.

That said we do get to many of the games. If we do get to SF will see about some tickets if you are close.

Let me know when it gets closer for your trip through in May.

Joe

what makes his jets special? his name? the paint?

as if vegas doesnt have a glut of corp jets already. as if anywhere doesnt have a glut of corp jets.
