Found a Vodka Decanter. Whats it worth?

Doing some house cleaning. Got this from a friend from Siberia about 7 years ago. Its a crystal vodka decanter with shot glasses.

The sticker on the decanter is:

OAO
ARTbKOBCKNN (the R and N's are reversed)
XPYCTAnb (n is pi)
POCCNR (N and R are reversed)

I have a very similar one, don't know if it has any markings. Why would you decant vodka?

So you can buy 1.75 liters of vodka for $ 10.99 and put it in a decanter to impress your high society friends and servants.

if it is lead crystal it would not be a great idea to let your hooch sit in it for any great length of time.
just enough to serve and drink, otherwise......(i'm sure sammy will disagree with me and say how good lead is for you, actually i do like it in my gasoline.)

Is it CUT GLASS or Pressed Glass..sorry crystal...Also check the bottom for any etched marking and a possible pontil in the center of the bottom..

If Pressed glass $10 would be doing great..

If cut crystal and some etched marking on the bottom that is the makers mark..let us start at 50 to 75 USD...

If it is an especially high quality piece made by a good maker like Waterford or even Bacarrat...$150 to $200...

XPYCTAnb (n is pi)= Crystal (that's not pi, it's an L)

POCCNR = Russia
