They don't lock people up and throw away the keys here....our legal system is so bloody soft when it counts that most don't know what a maximum sentence is...and our maximum sentences are a joke in the main anyway...no chair here buddy...and 25 years almost never means 25 years...we're into 'rehabilitation', not lengthy incarceration down here :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:...and we're supposed to be outraged when a serious offender reoffends because they've been 'rehabilitated'...well we are...that they let the bastards out in the first place!
