"Justified" on FX?
Anyone else watching this? I saw the previews a million times during the snowstorm and tuned in when it was finally on. I'm liking it. Based on Elmore Leonard...criminals a bit "funny" not pure evil. Snappy dialog. Oddball Kentucky locale. It will probably fall apart after a few episodes, but I'm still into it. There was a 964 cab in last night's episode.

I grew up in east Tennessee just a few hours from Harlan, Ky. There can be some serious back woods folk up there.
Back when I was 18, I dated a chic from Harlan and her last name WAS HARLAN! Flat out crazy woman! Way hot and very sexy! No pics, :-( I will be watching this show. I recognize a few faces from other shows. That guy from The Shield is one. Should be cool seeing him play a real bad guy. Not a cop PRETENDING to be good. |
Yeah, I like that guy and he was pretty good in "Hitman". No hair.

seth bullock on "deadwood."
|
I've watched it. I like it that guy plays that part well.
|
I'm watching it... it's well done and has a Coen Brothers Lite feel to it... I like it.
|
I'm a big Timothy Olyphant fan from "Deadwood," but this show is kind of weak in comparison. I'm watching it, but it's not that great. The Raylan Givens character is a total rerun of Seth Bullock. The bad guys are cartoon characters.
|
I'm liking it so far but needs better secondary actors to make this series really pop. Nice firearms!

Had high hopes based on the previews. Was wishing for a replacement to "The Shield". Not digging it... :(
|
I never watched any of those other shows (and didn't know I even had FX till I looked closer :) ) so I didn't have any expectations. But, man, this dude shoots a guy every episode.

I worked on the set when they were filming the episodes. I have been impressed so far, David
