Couple of pooches need new home So Cal

Hi our names are Jessie and Callie. I am Jessie and am 5 years old. My older sister, older brother and I lived with our family for years (ever since we were pups) that was before our home foreclosed and our family moved on without us. We thought they would come back and take us with them but they never did. They left us in their foreclosing home and came back periodically to feed us.



One day someone came to our door and said she heard that we were alone and needed to find another home. She put us in her car with just the collars around our necks (which were very old and tattered). She took us to the vet, we got great health check ups, up to date on shots and were dewormed (no fun!!!). She then took us to Petco and got us new collars, leashes and BATHS!!! Yahoo!!! We were finally clean. She took us to someone’s home that agreed to “foster us” (whatever that means) but only temporarily. She gave the foster mom a bag of great food, some toys $100 and a $50 Petco gift card just to get us started on our new life.



Now our time is up at that home too, she just told the lady that rescued us that we have until April 17 at our new foster home. We are again very sad because we have a great foster mom and she walks us everyday and she has trained us and takes care of us and gives us love – she is just what we prayed for. She is wonderful but she only signed onto taking care of us temporarily and we knew that going into it …. but we hoped that she might change her mind. We know she wants to change her mind but she does not want 2 dogs and after all I guess that is what we are…but I like to think of us as part of the family.



Callie wants me to tell you that we are GREAT GIRLS!!! Mixed breeds. Callie is somewhere between 11-15 and I am 5. The vet says we are in great health and we used to live with 3 cats, a baby and another dog. We love people. I don’t bark much, in fact my mom always said that she thinks I have Besenji in me. My sister Callie looks just like me but my mom said she thinks that she might have some Shar pei in her. We love each other and love our new foster mom but really need our furever home now, no more of this temporary stuff.



We look cute in the pictures but we are even more adorable in person!!!
