Hmmm.....6 car garage, 5+ acres, outbuildings already there, and in my price range:

http://www.bnrealtors.com/idx/search/details.html?SID=2249&MLSNUM=2101314&PID=1

The downside is it was built in 1920 and doesn't have central AC. I'd have to check it out and make sure it has insulation in the walls and such...

Urban life is for nancy boys who don't know how to mow their own yards, fix their own cars, let their kids play outside, shoot guns anywhere but an official shooting range, have fun on off-road vehicles and last but not least..... Take a p!ss anywhere in their yard at a moments notice. There... I said it.
I'm right there with ya Tim!

I had to move to town for school... I'm MISERABLE....

If I had moved to a "real town" my chances of getting into the best PharmD school in the state would be essentially nill....

I can live without the constant parties and women... And no drinking here... I just had a friend drink himself to death....

I had a blast in college and a couple years after living in an apartment in town, but that was when my focus was on barhopping and chasing strange.... It was fun for awhile, but it is basically a short stage in life that is non productive and meaningless.

Nope. Traffic through the house dried up the second the tax credits expired.

I just bought new appliances and dropped the price. We'll see what happens.

Just saw this. The first house is ugly inside, but I guess you can fix that. However, maybe that's what scared the wife.

Scared me.

NOTHING better than peeing on weeds/lizards/centipedes/ant hills/your camp/trash fire/rattlesnakes etc.

i especially enjoyed the "leveling of the 12ga" part. .308's were once ok.

riding off road race vehicles off the property, dirty bikes right out into the dezert legally.

but alas those days are gone now cuz of no good peoples(flatlanders) moving into paradise. never fails.

but i can STILL PEE UP A STORM anywhere on my property and that counts for alot!

plus it saves water flushing those pesky toilets.
