That is some nice work. I'd like to have a 308 setup like that. I don't have a 308 rifle but I do have a 308 single shot pistol.

You can build one pretty easily.
Almost any Remington barrel will fit the action (I even have a 7x57 barrel that will fit) and any stock inletted for a XR100, 600 or 660 will fit.
Brown Precision even has a pistol grip (shotgun style) stock for the XP 100.
Imagine this stock with a folding stock (IE: AR15) reach out 300 yards then put it in a gym bag.
Then all you need is a 600/660 trigger and you're there.

My pistol is rotary canon breach so I couldn't use it for a donor. I like everything about the one you built. That stock is nice too.

Magnum Research sold them for a while, now competitor pistol has them and I think Ordnance Technology made it for a while.
Mine is the Magnum Research version.

I powder coated the butt plate and trigger guard, Sealed the stock with Dura-Coat and added the Caldwell bipod. Can't wait to pull the trigger and throw a hot lump as far as possible.
