Whale & Wasp

Yes, it's a track off Jar of Flies. It's also a nifty photo op for two 5-shooters.

Top is a 4" Smith and Wesson 500 S&W in.... .500 S&W Magnum. Mildly insane. Ok, not 'mildly'. Seriously insane. I'm going to have "The Samaritan" engraved on it somewhere. :D Hurts to shoot. A lot. Probably why I love it so much.

Bottom is a NAA Mini .22LR. Such a cute lil' thang. Fits in a shirt pocket making nary a bulge.

Both totally impractical. Both more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

Post your wheelguns! No H&Ks allowed! :p

What do you do with a 3"? blaster like that?, (cool spoon though). Shoot the grizzly as he has your head in his jaws? You ain't going to hit it at 30 yards!

2.5-4" is a common barrel length for revolvers marketed as grizzly spoons. Take a look at the Ruger Alaskan, for example.

You'd be a lucky, lucky man to get a shot off at a grizzly coming at you from 30 yards away.

I've seen some WASPs that look like whales, but that doesn't seem to be the topic at hand. ;)

I was soooo close to dropping the hammer on a S&W 500... then I had a WTF moment... I don't have the the coin for a toy like that... sure would be fun to pull out at the range next to my friend with his colt .44 mag.
