I'm going to go with body work/drywall.
I built my house (log cabin) and did everything,wireing,plumbing, heating, even built my cabinets.
Spent hours sanding drywall till i had it perfect (i thought) but after a coat of paint it looked like crap. Wall paper is your friend.
The only thing i didn't do was the chimney, but i did help the guy.
