We did one. We got $800 for 'free'.
Goes on line 63 of the 1040, says Making Work Pay. What an idea.

TurboTax will catch it for you. Did for me, but I won't use TT again. It sucks. I just used it because my usual preparer died. He was the best I have ever had.

I've got 100 bucks in TT at this time and he charged 140 and filed it for me. For 40 bucks I sit and agonize over this schict? No way again.

I did a random survey at work. EVERYONE who did their own taxes didn't fill one in. I don't think they all make >95k. It could be worth $400.
