Looks really good. Did you raise the roof a little?

Sure did, about 3.5ft. 40,000 pounds of new concrete, New #5 rebar drilled/epoxied every 10" around the perimeter, 12" deep into the old stem wall. Roof is concrete over steel pan-decking, tied with #4, #5 and 6" x 6" mesh. New floor slab is 7'" thick with rebar. New garage door and side mounted opener too...

Lot's of work. Two months to finish.

Great job! What is the interior width of the garage?

nice, my only bit of advice is to make a barrier underneath the car on the lift.....too many times i've seen the nice car below get oil dripped onto it......a simple tarp and bungees would work well and could be easily removed (if you haven't already)

The lift has 3 movable drip trays that fit into the track channels. No way you can have a 356 on top without 'em.

Btw, here is the security system:

Very nice! Thinking of putting one like that in my garage. What is your ceiling height?

Joe

Nice set up! I have a Revolution lift by Rotary. It was a toss up between that and the BendPak. I love how it looks in you garage! Nice work!

Usable height is about 10' 8" or so (depending on where one measures the slope).

The garage door has high-lift rails and the opener is side-mounted. The overall door drop when open is 6".
