Water cooled engine....could be a decent boat motor. They used the air cooled 6s for airplane motors, so why not....

Worth 600K? Ummmmmm, your guess is as good as mine...

Seller has a -1 rating. Seems he lied about a previous sale.

There were two models built. But they were from the Porsche Design studio. Not built by Porsche. I can not recall the manufacturer but I think it was an Italian company. I have photos of the 28 I took two yeas ago at The US Power Boat Show in Annapolis MD. I'll post when I find them. The other boat the one shown in the Ebay add is the larger boat 30 something feet. The 28 was actually kind of cool looking in person. Sleek all silver hull with chrome exhaust and tasteful teak accents.

It is 928 powered and I know where you can get replacement engines.

I think they are twin 928 engines, and I know who has the surplus engines.

Which boat are you talking about? The Fearless or the orignal Porsche boat (the one manufactured in '92)?

I am not sure about the boat but I know they built some 928 motors for a boat.
