Disgusting bathrooms in certain restaurants

I know better than to use the facilities after eating at these type of restaurants but the tea was just going through me. I almost lost my lunch while in there. How can restaurants with disgusting bathrooms pass inspection? Don't inspectors check their cleanliness? This one in particular didn't even have a soap dispenser, just a bar of soap on the vanity. I had to use an a$$ gasket to dry my hands, no paper towels in sight.

Yes, the health dept. inspects the restrooms. (at least in va)

Bad news.

If the bathroom is nasty, so is the kitchen.
The staff ( people touching your food with their BARE hands ) likely use it, too.

Don't eat at filthy restaurants!!
