I think the owner of the forum did that to get some traffic. Most forums have "users" that were really just an identity of the owner so as to get it moving when new.

It does seem like the "woman" is rather well-spoken and the "guy" is a punk/moron. If it is a real story, the woman is as stupid as the guy is for making some very bad choices. I vote hoax.

She does say that he's here without a green card so yes she is making some dump choices in her life. This could also explain his lack of grammar. I don't know how established this Acura forum is but if this were indeed a hoax to drive traffic, that's a low blow (effective though).
