Just picked up a 9" at the gun show last weekend. Paid $25 for it and its at least 70 years old.

Glad to see this thread as I have this and two cornbread trays that I need to season.

Why is that, I use mine on a JennAir cook top all the time? It's a glass top, I even use a flat bottom Wok, seems to work fine.

You guys are going to laugh but for really old burnt on crud and grease soak the pan in a solution of 10% molasses and 90%water. Mix solution in a bucket place pan in solution completely covered , cover out doors and go away for about 2 weeks. This is an old car guy trick used to clean really greasy and gunky parts. When it comes out you will need to re season.
