Momma's out of town: Got a Pork Shoulder Going
Looking at 14 hours of smoke time today.
Momma and daughter out of town for the weekend, so treating with: - smoker - beer - a/c off in the house - 3 cigars/day - movies (maybe I'll get the right Aliens this time) Missing anything???

Me too..... Wife's out of town as well, I'm about to start a shoulder as well. I'm going to make tamales out of mine though.
