I was accused of abusing an 18-year-old single malt scotch this morning; I added three ice cubes. That's about it.
|
I invent drinks all the time. It's called "let's mix whatever is left over and see how it tastes".

When I used to camp a lot we ran out of lemon/lime soda for our gin. Had pink lemonade so... A Pink Panther :D

I mixed vodka and gin one time with something. It went down awful and came up even worse....

Myself, another Soldier, a Marine recruiter and an AF dog handler sat down and invented this one fateful night.
Equal parts Crown Jack Stoli Bacardi 151 Jose Blue Curacao Goldschlagger Grenadine Yeah, it was a really long night. |
My Margaritas are killer.
Freshed squeezed lime juice with 30% fresh squeezed orange juice Equal parts Good Tequila (I use Cazadores Repesado) Cointreau Lime juice Shake with crushed ice and serve garnished with a lime on a salt rimmed martini glass. If you wish to stretch them, serve over crushed ice. This one came before the other drink. The "pink" thing above was for my wife and some of her girlfriends. It was a falling down drunk night. |
College, for some reason, Peppermint Schanpps was derigeur in the hot tubs. I don't know why. And we decided to mix it with orange juice one day, I don't know why. We called it "Agent Orange". The girls liked it.
There was another college recipe. One of my buddies from Cal Tech told me about "Green Dragons". They mixed anhydrous alcohol with a certain herb. This was then mixed with orange juice and was called a "Green Dragon". We took the "Green Dragon" mix and made a slightly different recipe. We made ours with Everclear and, ummmm, a certain herb. In a tall glass filled with ice cubes, add: 1 Oz green dragon mix 1 Oz Triple sec (we were cheap back them) Fill up the remainder with 7-Up. It was green, seemed to glow, and it had nuclear effects. I named it a "Three Mile Island" |
Equal parts of Gran Marnier and vodka on the rocks.
