Gumball 3000 in NYC
I was in New York City this weekend and as soon as I arrived I started seeing Gumball 3000 cars. I was hoping to find out more about it while there but got busy with other adventures.
Does anyone keep up with this race? I have read about it from time to time and watched the older movies. To see some of the cars in person was really neat. Two of the Porsche's I tried to get a picture of was in the back of a parking garage but wasn't able to get a good one. Gumball 3000 | Website

saw one of the gumball cars in jersey crossing into the holland tunnel when i was heading to work.

Technically, it's not a race.
(it is but they can't call it that, since they drive on open public roads) More like a rolling party, like Sid said. Lotsa honeys too...

The GT2 that won the 2010 One Lap of America (and won 15 out of the 18 events) was at our PCA meeting last night. Great looking car.
