omnicom mirror driver - XP system

I was investigating things with the XP Device Mgr. on my Dell XP system b/c of some very sluggish operation, particularly with Firefox.

I found that the omnicom mirror driver had a naughty note icon on it in the device list. what does this thing do? I can't find any info on it with Google...

Details:

computer very sluggish again - using Firefox
- removed Google photo screensaver
- used Device Mgr. to examine drivers & Displays/omnicom mirror driver
has red X on it
- tried download updated driver: Wizard could not find a better match
- tried "Enable" & red changed to yellow!
- no info on this thing on Internet

this has to do with either the video card or the LCD display I bought for this thing. Here is the driver list:

It's a mirroring driver, probably for the winShadow app.
