Chris Harris in Excellence
Don't know a bunch about the guy but watched this 3 part video series some time ago and he is definitely a car guy! Very cool to see him on board.

Just seen his name in my new issue of excellence. Chris definitely seems to be the rising star in UK motoring journalism. Refreshingly different to top gear's light entertainment approach.
