Help - need furnitre eye-screws (Heywood Wakefield)
Anyone know where I can buy a sturdy eye screw for a Haywood Wakefield sectional? The screws hold the spring and strap assembly supporting the bottom cushion. A couple on the sectional my parents gave me are broken. (They bought the sofa back in '48. I have several of the pieces they didn't sell over the years.)
The screw needs to be sturdier than what you buy at Home Depot. The eye measures about 3/4" on the outside. The threaded shank is pretty short too. About 3/4" as well. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Was just at Ace Hardware yesterday and believe that they would have them.

There are a few OLD hardware stores around - that have been there for decades.
They would have them. We have ONE left here. |
