Can you connect copper wire to CO/ALR receptacles?
My house has Aluminum wiring. All of my switches and receptacles are COALR.
Is it OK to connect copper wire to a COALR receptacle?? I'm thinking "yes", but I'd like to see it in black and white, and can't find anything about it online.

Yes. That is the CO of coalr. Copper does not 'migrate' the way AL does so a tight connection stays tight - unlike softer AL.

Thanks, that was my assumption, but it seemed too important to rely on me ASSuME(ing) something.
