Charge your iPad via USB

Some of you iPad users no doubt noticed that USB ports barely charged the iPad.
There is not enough current flowing thru a typical USB port to make the pad happy. You could tell by the notice in the upper right hand corner that stated - 'not charging'.

Motherboard manufacturers have released updates to boost the juice.

I use gigabyte boards and had great results with ON/OFF Charge.
