How to murder your wife...

A guy I know well is big time criminal defense attorney in Hamburg. We had dinner the other night, and started talking about the perfect murder.

His take on it was simple: You want to murder your wife and get away with it? Buy a sailboat.

Apparently there are so many boating 'accidents' each year where one spouse inexplicably goes overboard and drowns that this has become a notorious fact (and subject of much dark humour) in the criminal justice community. Very little the police can do when presented a drowned spouse....

Thought I should share this with you all.

It can be hard to get the wife to go sailing alone w/ you on the ocean when things are not going well in the marriage, ie. one or both of you are boinking someone else. I'm just sayin'...

When I lived in CT a guy, (Richard Craft) supposedly off'd the wifey and ran her through a rented chipper. Not too perfect though, he got convicted.

Just this weekend I was discussing with my wife the possibility of purchasing a sailboat.

A buddy of mine supposedly knew a guy that tried to get rid of someone with a chipper. His story was that he fed her through feet first, femurs and pelvis jammed the machine leaving the upper body for identification. His theory was, always feed them in head first.

Much easier (and cheaper) to just ignore them and go about what ever it is you want to do...

I wonder if she was STILL nagging the fella about how he never does anything right.

Its also a very easy way of getting rid of you.

There are probably more overboards to men than woman.......... man goes to back of boat to take a leak, wife in cabin cooking or whatever, man looses his balance, falls into water and boat keeps going. 10 minutes later wife comes up to cockpit only to find hubbie gone.

More guys are found in the water with their zipper open than woman.

I always thought if you wore an O.J. Simpson costume you'd get away with it.

3-4 guys at work were going to buy Harleys and they wanted me to buy one too, i told them I'd have to get rid of the old lady first.
their response was "buy the bike, she'll leave"

I shoulda bought the bike, 4 years later her cut coulda bought me 15 bikes
